ORGANIC COMPOST

Simone Dilkara from Landtasia Organic Farms runs a composting operation that takes green waste from the farms and the Palerang Shire. She uses an anaerobic bacterial process to produce the most microbial rich compost. We use this in our planting process and can supply it in bags and in bulk. It is also a critical component of our Veggie Mix.
